[摘要] 目的 初步探讨甲氯芬酯联合纳洛酮在急性酒精中毒昏迷治疗中的作用。方法 将133例符合急性酒精中毒昏迷标准的患者随机分为两组。对照组68例,给予洗胃、补液和纳洛酮持续静脉点滴。治疗组65例,在对照组治疗方法基础上加用甲氯芬酯。观察两组患者心率、收缩压、昏迷时间和纳洛酮用量的差异。结果 两组患者治疗后心率下降(P<0.05),收缩压升高(P<0.05)。治疗组比对照组昏迷时间缩短(P<0.05),纳洛酮用量减少(P<0.05);心率、收缩压升高,但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在纳洛酮治疗酒精中毒昏迷中合用甲氯芬酯比单药使用有更好的促醒作用且对心率、收缩压无明显影响。

Curative Effect of Meclofenoxate Hydrochloride and Naloxone in the Treatment
of Coma Caused by Acute Alcoholic Intoxication

[Abstract] Objective To investigate into the curative effect of Meclofenoxate Hydrochloride and Naloxone Hydrochloride in the treatment of the coma caused by acute alcoholic intoxication. Methods 133 samples collected from the patients who suffered from the coma caused by acute alcoholic intoxication were randomly divided into two groups.68 patients of the control group got thoroughly gastric lavage and were used Naloxone Hydrochloride for injection, while 65 patients,as the treatment group,were used Meclofenoxate Hydrochloride before the same treatment method of the former group is adpted to them.We compared the curative effect of the two groups by the improvement of heart rate, systolic pressure,the length of time for recovering consciousness and the total dose of Naloxone Hydrochloride used in the treatment procedure. Results All patients' heart rate decreased (P<0.05) and systolic pressure increased (P<0.05). For the treatment group, the length of time for recovering consciousness, compared with the control group, was shortened (P<0.05), and the total dose of Naloxone Hydrochloride was reduced (P<0.05). Although the rising of heart rate and systolic pressure was more obvious for the treatment group, there were no significant differences between two groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of the coma caused by acute alcoholic intoxication, Meclofenoxate Hydrochloride and Naloxone Hydrochloride have a better clinical curative effect than Naloxone Hydrochloride used alone and have no significant effects in heart rate and systolic pressure ......
