     综上:1)siRNA干扰HL-60细胞FLT3基因表达可抑制细胞增殖,促进细胞凋亡。2)LY294002可以抑制细胞增殖,促进细胞凋亡;3)FLT3-shRNAi与LY294002联合作用可更有效地抑制细胞活性,促进细胞凋亡。这为RNAi以及RNAi联合治疗白血病提供了理论依据。
