[摘要] 目的 探讨术后肠梗阻的诊断与治疗。方法 回顾本院2005年1月至2010年12月收治的术后肠梗阻59例进行分析。结果 诊断主要依靠病史，临床症状与体征，腹部X线等检查。治疗上以保守治疗为主，本组保守治疗54例(91.6%)，手术治疗5例(8.4%)，均治愈，无死亡病例。结论 术后肠梗阻90%以上均能通过保守治疗治愈。

    Diagnosis and treatment of postoperative ileus(Report of 59 cases)

    [Abstract] Objective The purpose of this essay is to explore the diagnosis and treatment of the postoperative intestinal obstruction.Methods By analyzing 59 cases of postoperative obstruction patients from January,2005 to December,2010.Results We can figure out that the diagnosis is mainly relied on the history,clinical symptoms and signs,abdominal X-ray examination,and so on.Most of the treatments are conservative,since 54 the conservative treatment (91.6%) and 5 cases of surgery (8.4%) were all successful,with no death occurred.Conclusion We can draw a conclusion that more than 90% of the postoperative ileus can be cured through conservative treatments. ......
