[摘要] 目的 观察应用不同手术方式植入羟基磷灰石义眼座的临床效果。方法 45例分为两组，分别采用巩膜腔内植入及肌锥内植入的方法。结果 45例(45眼)随访2-3年，手术效果良好。其中3例出现义眼座暴露，1例最终行义眼座取出。结论 羟基磷灰石义眼座是眼窝填充术的理想材料，肌锥内植入的方法简捷、安全。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the different surgical implantation of hydroxyapatite orbital clinical effects.Methods 45 cases were divided into two groups,respectively,using implanted scleral cavity and the muscle cone implant method.Results 45 patients (45) followed up for 2 to 3 years,surgery with good results.Three cases of orbital exposure,and 1 case out of the final orbital line.Conclusion Hydroxyapatite orbital is an ideal material for orbital augmentation,muscle cone implant method is simple and safe. ......
