[摘要] 目的 探讨经腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的护理方法。方法 对62例经腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的患者术前进行心理护理，充分术前准备，加强术后及并发症的观察与护理，做好出院指导。结果 减少了并发症发生，提高了腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的舒适度。结论 加强护理管理，做好基础护理及预防并发症，对于异位妊娠患者的腹腔镜手术治疗具有重要意义。

    Nursing of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Management of Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

    [Abstract] Objective To study the nursing in the laparoscopic surgery of ectopic pregnancy.Methods We performed mental nursing,sufficient preoperative Preparation,and strengthened postoperative nursing observation and nursing of complications in Sixty-two patients with ectopic pregnancy.Results Complicating diseases significantly reduced and patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher.Conclusion When Ectopic pregnancy clinical pathway is used in laparoscopic surgery,patients can get high quality,but low cost hospital care.It is significant for patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by laparoscopic surgery to enhance nursing supervision and basic nursing and to prevent complications. ......
