【摘要】 目的 不同内冠内聚角度套筒冠义齿对义齿支持组织应力分布的影响。方法 通过建立的下颌牙列单恻磨牙缺损的三维有限元模型,分别计算内冠内聚角度2°,4°,6°时各组应力分布情况。结果 随着套筒冠的内冠的内聚角度的增大,基牙及其邻牙所受应力逐渐减少,基托下支持组织所受的应力逐渐变大。结论 临床上可以通过调整套筒冠固位体内冠的内聚角度来调节基牙及基托下支持组织的应力分布,以维护口腔内组织健康。

[Abstract]Objective The effects of the different cone angle on the stress distrsibution to supporting structures were studied.Method Establish finite element modle of lower distal extension dentures,analysis different inner angle of the telescope crown on stress distribution. Result The more the taper angle,the less stress distribution to abutments,while those of the subbasal supporting tissuses increase.Conclusion The taper angle of the inner crown can be easily regulated in clinic,by dong this regulate the stress distribution to abutments and supporting structures,so as to maintain the healthy of abutments and supporting structures ......
