【摘要】 目的 了解我院门诊用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法 随机抽取我院2009年1月～2009年12月门诊处方共12000张,采用回顾性分析的方法,依据统计学方法归纳并进行综合分析。结果 筛选出不合格处方371张,占抽取总数3.09%。处方的不合理性大致归纳为给药时间间隔不当,给药时间不合理,给药剂量不合理,给药途径不合理,选择药物不合理,药物联用不合理,无适应症用药,重复用药等。 结论 我院处方存在不合理用药现象,处方的开具应进一步规范化,确保患者安全、合理用药。

Analysis of irrational drug use in our hospital CHEN bai-lin
[Abstract] Objective To study drug use situation in our hospital clinic, then to promote rational drug use. Methods Randomly selected 12,000 outpatient prescriptions from January 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital. Using the retrospective analysis method, we first do statistical induction and then comprehensive analysis. Results Find out 371 irrational prescriptions, accounting for 3.09% of the total selected prescriptions.
