【摘要】目的:了解受血者输血前或手术前5项血清学指标感染情况,避免院内感染,防止由输血引起的医疗纠纷。方法:输血前或手术前必须做5项传染性指标的检测。结论:为了对患者负责,同时避免不必要的输血纠纷。

    【Abstract】 OBJECTIVETo understand the blood transfusion recipients before and five pre-operative infection in serum, to avoid nosocomial infections, prevent medical disputes caused by blood transfusion. METHODSIt must be done the five indicators for detection of infectious before transfusion and surgical.CONCLUSIONIn order to be responsible for patients while avoiding unnecessary disputestransfusion.
