【摘要】目的通过手术显微镜探讨根管内壁台阶的形成、预防和临床处理。方法搜集根管治疗术时因根管不通的转诊病例113例，根管206个，均在显微镜下进行治疗。结果成功通畅原始根管178个，发现有156个根管内壁有台阶形成。 结论根管内台阶是常见的预备缺陷，利用手术显微镜的放大和良好的照明功能，结合显微超声器械，能较好地解决根管治疗术中台阶的问题。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To approach the formation,prevention and clinical proceduces of root canal's inner wall ledging through oprating microscope.Methods:Opration microscape was used on 206 root canals of 113 cases due to not be reopened and treated with traditional methods.Results:178 canals were successfully reopened.including 156 root canals to form inner wall ledging.Conclution:Inner wall ledging is a frequently defect in preparation about root canal,it can resolve betterly the problem about the information of inner wall ledging ,to utilize the enlargerment and illumination of the microscope combinating mIcro-ultrasound tool .
