【摘要】目的：了解325例海洛因成瘾者参加药物维持治疗的维持情况以及治疗一年后的个人、家庭、社会功能的改变情况。方法： 对2008年全年申请加入海口市CDC和海口市皮肤性病防治所2个美沙酮维持治疗门诊治疗的325名海洛因成瘾者和坚持美沙酮维持治疗一年后的128名受治者进行的调查，比较治疗前后的高危行为、家庭、社会功能的改善情况。结果：经过一年的维持治疗，患者以静脉注射的吸毒方式由治疗前的66.8%下降为23.4%;发生性行为时安全套的使用率由19.7%上升到41.4%;违法行为由76.0%下降为19.5%;个人、家庭、社会功能均得到明显改善;89.8%的患者对美沙酮维持治疗表示认可和满意。 结论：美沙酮维持治疗，患者和其家属均表示认可和接受，认为是有效，治疗方法是可行的，但同时，如何提高患者维持治疗时间，需要家庭、社会多方面的支持等因素有待探讨。

Investigation on effect of methadone maintenancetreatment among community-based heroinaddicts in Haikou city

【Abstract】Objective:To understand and analyse the treatment of 325 heroine addiction outpatient with methadone and changes of the individual, family, social function after one year .Methods:The objects of the research is 325 heroin addicts who apply for two clinics of methadone maintenance treatment in clinics of CDC and Skin diseases and venereal diseases dispensary of in Haikou in 2008 . Comparison onimprovement of behavior,family,social fuction between 325 before treatment and 128 after one year onmethadone maintenance treatment. Results: After a year of maintenance therapy，the number of patients with intravenous injection of drugs declined from 66.8% to 23.4 percent; the number of condoms used when Sexual behavior happening rised from 19.7 percent to 41.4 percent; illegal dropped to19.5% by 76.0 percent; Personal, family and social functions are improving remarkably; 89.8 percent of patients express approval and satisfaction.to methadone maintenance treatmen. Conclusion: Through methadone liquid treatment, both patient and their family members have recognized and accepted this therapy and considered it effective and feasible.,however,how to maintain and lengthen the long-term treatment needs the support from both family and society.

美沙酮维持治疗(methadone maintenance treatment, MMT)是通过长期限量给阿片类毒品成瘾者口服美沙酮 ,来抑制他们对海洛因的渴求和使用海洛因带来的欣快感。同时通过提供的心理治疗、健康和就业咨询等社会支持服务 ,使得毒品成瘾者提高或恢复他们各自的社会功能[1],是针对海洛因等阿片类毒品依赖者采取的一种替代治疗方法。这种方法要求吸毒人员每天到指定地点,在工作人员监督下口服一定剂量的美沙酮,从而减少非法药物的使用和相关高危行为的发生[2]。国内外经验证明，对海洛因成瘾者实施美沙酮维持治疗是普遍有效的减少危害措施之一 ......
