中空加压螺纹钉治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折64例(2)
总之，我们认为，牵引复位、小切口加压空心螺纹钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折具有微创、安全实用、固定牢靠等优点，是目前治疗股骨颈骨折的经济有效手段.手术适应于年龄<65岁，无严重骨质疏松的所有类型的股骨颈骨折。
