【摘要】目的:提高临床服务质量，提供安全，优质，满意的护理服务。方法：改变服务观念，以病人为中心，改进临床护理服务；提高技术水平；落实基础护理职责；加强监督管理，保障措施到位。结果：护理质量明显提高，病人满意度明显提高。结论：优质护理服务活动的开展使护理人员的主动服务意识增强，强化了护士的责任，基础服务项目得到落实，能对病人实施正确、及时、安全、有效、完善的护理，但人力资源明显不足，劳动付出和收入明显不成比例，影响护士的工作情绪。
