【摘要】 目的:了解大学生精神卫生与心理保健知识的知晓情况，便于精神卫生机构与高校共同做好大学生心理卫生知识普及与宣传工作,并为大学生心理健康辅导提供帮助。方法 采用分层随机抽样方法，对西安2所高校的638名学生进行精神卫生和心理保健知识问卷调查。结果 精神卫生和心理保健知识(1~16题)回答正确率较好，为48.1%~99.7%,精神卫生纪念日条目(17~20题)回答正确率低，为13.2%~58.2%；平均正确应答率为74.8%。大学生问卷得分均值为14.95±2.107分。多因素线性模型回归分析发现, 学生的年级、父母受教育程度与问卷得分有关。结论 在校大学生精神卫生与心理保健知识知晓率已达到《中国精神卫生工作规划(2002-2010年)》提出60%“的目标。

The survey and analysis of mental health knowledge Awareness among 638 college students

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo understand the status of the mental health knowledge awareness of the college students in order to facility the Popularity and publicity of mental health knowledge by both mental health agencies and universities, and finally providing mental health counseling for university students. Methods Using a Stratified random sampling method, 638 students in two Xi'an Universities were surveyed with mental health knowledge questionnaire. Result Questions about Mental health and mental health care(question 1-16) had a good correct rate, the correct rate is 48.1%~99.7%; questions about Mental health anniversary (question 17-20) had a low correct rate, the correct rate is 13.2%~58.2%. The average correct response rate is 74.8%., the average score of College students' questionnaires is14.95±2.107 point. Multi-factor linear model regression analysis found that student's grade, education degree is pertinent to the questionnaire score. Conclusion College students' mental health knowledge has reached 60% and achieved the goal that required by Chinese mental health plan (2002-2010), however, the propaganda of world mental health day should be strengthened. .
