消化道大出血外科术前介入治疗的临床价值分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 对采用外科术前介入治疗的方法对患有消化道大出血的患者进行治疗的临床效果和价值进行分析。方法 随机抽取在2006年10月至2010年10月这四年时间里，在我院就诊的患有消化道大出血的的确诊患者病例82例，将其随机分为A、B两组，平均每组41例。A组患者采用灌注方法进行外科术前介入治疗；B组患者采用栓塞方法进行外科术前介入治疗。对两组患者在治疗后的止血率和复发率进行比较观察。结果 观察结果表明，B组患者的止血率与A组患者比较明显高出很多，有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)；该组患者的复发率明显低于A组患者，有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗过程中均没有出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象，没有显著的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 采用外科术前介入治疗的方法对患有消化道大出血的患者进行治疗的临床效果十分明显，栓塞治疗是首选方法，值得在今后的临床治疗过程中予以使用和推广。

【Abstract】Objective to surgical intervention by the method of preoperative with gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients in the clinical effect of treatment and value analysis. Random method in October 2006 to October this four years in our hospital, the doctor with the digestive tract hemorrhage of patients with confirmed cases of the 82 cases, will the randomly divided into two groups of A and B, on average every group of 41 cases. A group of patients with perfusion method of surgical intervention before; Group B patients using embolism surgical intervention methods before. Two groups of patients in the treatment of bleeding rate and the recurrence rate after comparison observation. Results observations show that the group B patients stop bleeding rate and group A obvious patients much higher, A significant statistical difference (P < 0.05); This group of patients recurrence rate was significantly lower than the group A patient, A significant statistical difference (P < 0.05); Two groups of patients treatment process all did not appear serious complications and adverse reaction phenomena, no significant statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion the surgical intervention treatment methods of preoperative with gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients in the clinical effect of treatment is very clear, the embolization therapy is first selection method, and in the future clinical treatment process to use and promotion.
