【摘要】目的：探讨张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：选择髌骨骨折21例患者，采用张力带钢丝内固定治疗，经随访观察其临床效果。结果：21例髌骨骨折患者全部一期愈合，经过X放射拍片复查，没有骨折块分离移位的发生，关节面平整无粗糙。在随访的19例中，最长5年，最短10个月。骨折一般在8-10左右愈合，均全部愈合。关节功能获得良好恢复，无关节僵硬发生，无创伤性关节炎发生。内固定取出时没有发现松脱情况，骨折全部获良好愈合。结论：张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折效果良好，无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the tension band wire fixation for patella fracture efficacy.
