【摘要】整体护理是一种“以人为本”的新型护理模式。对患者实施健康教育和心理护理是整体护理的重要组成部分，其目的是使患者了解有关疾病的病理知识和康复保健知识，树立健康观念，自愿自觉的采纳有利于健康的行为和生活方式。在对肝癌患者的护理过程中，根据患者的心理状态，有针对性地采取相应的健康教育和心理护理，改善患者在抗癌化疗、放疗阶段因药物毒副作用而产生的生理反应，不同程度地消除患者的焦虑、紧张、恐惧等心理障碍，是肝癌患者达到预期康复目标必不可少的环节。

    The importance of health education and psychological care for the liver cancer patients

    【Abstract】Holistic nursing care is a kind of “people-oriented” new nursing mode. The health education and the psychological care for the patients is an important part of holistic nursing care. Its purpose is to let patients know about the pathology knowledge and the health rehabilitation knowledge of the diseases, voluntary and consciously adopt the health behavior and the way in life. In the process of nursing liver cancer patients, according to the patient`s mental state, adopt the corresponding health education and psychological care, to improve the patient`s physiological reaction, to eliminate anxiety, tension, fear etc psychological barriers in different degree during receiving chemotherapy and radiation therapy anticancer period. It is the essential link of the liver cancer patients to meet the expected recovery goal. ......
