巴曲亭与白眉蛇毒血凝酶在肝脏切除手术止血作用的对比观察(2)

此次观察结果向我们显示，巴曲亭止血作用无论在切口的止血时间、切口出血量；手术中出血量、术后24h引流量及输血量都明显优于白眉蛇毒血凝酶，在围手术期应用巴曲亭能减少创面渗血，保证术野清晰，提高手术效率。术前使用巴曲亭能有效地预防术后出血及其它并发症，降低手术治疗费用[10]。并且能够加快病人的康复，缩短引流管放置时间，减少感染发生率，是外科手术中一种安全、有效的止血剂。疗效确切，可靠，安全，值得临床推广使用。
