【摘要】目的:观察盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎的同时实施整体护理的效果。 方法 将门诊诊断为慢性盆腔炎患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各 60 例。 观察组采用ZP-Ⅱ型盆腔治疗仪结合心理护理及健康教育，对照组只予盆腔治疗仪治疗。治疗3个疗程后比较两组疗效。 结果 观察组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为83.33%。 结论 盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎的同时,还应加强心理﹑饮食及生活起居等整体护理，方能收到满意效果。
