健康教育临床路径在慢性硬膜下血肿手术患者中的应用(1)

     【摘要】目的:探讨健康教育路径模式在慢性硬膜下血肿手术患者中的实施效果。方法:将31例慢性硬膜下血肿手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组15例采用一般的健康教育方式,观察组16例将健康教育路径引入到临床护理中,有计划、有组织地对患者及其家属给予全程、个体化健康教育。比较两组患者的住院天数、住院费用、满意度有无差异。结果:观察组患者平均住院天数、住院费用明显低于对照组,满意度明显优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径在慢性硬膜下血肿手术患者中的实施可使患者在短时间内掌握手术相关知识,并能积极配合术前、术中、术后的各项检查和治疗,从而缩短住院天数,降低住院费用,提高护理患者满意度。

    The Application of Health education of clinical pathway in patients

    who undergoes chronic subdural hematoma surgery

    【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of the path model of health education in patients whoes undergoing chronic subdural hematoma surgery.Method: The 31 cases who undergoes chronic subdural hematoma surgery were randomly divided into control group(15 cases) and observation group(16 cases). The control group were given general health education, while the observation group were given the health education of clinical pathway, which was an carefully planned and organized health education so as to provide an individulized systemic health education for the patients and their families. The length of stay and costs as well as patients' satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results: The average length of stay and hospital costs ofthe observation group were significantly lower than that ofthe control group, meanwhile patients' satisfaction was significantly better than that of the control group. Hence, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Health education of clinical pathway can be implemented in patients who undergoes chronic subdural hematoma surgery to help them master related knowledge quickly, thereafter the patient can be actively cooperative in the examinations and treatments before, during and after the operation. Thus, it shorten the length ofstay, lower thehospital costs, improve care quality and patients satisfaction.
