【摘要】目的：观察欣母沛用于治疗宫缩乏力所致产后出血的疗效。方法：对宫缩乏力所致产后出血的患者用常规方法治疗无效后,采用欣母沛宫体注射或宫颈注射,重复使用间隔15 min。结果：46例患者中,43例有显著效果,总有效率93.5%,无效3例。结论：欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果明显,并且具有方便、快速、高效和安全的特点。但应明确诊断,及时使用。

    Curative effect observation of Hemabate on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia

    Abstract ObjectiveIt Is to observe the curative effect of Hemabate on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods The patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia who had no effect with conventional therapywere treated with Hemabate uterine body injected or uterine neck injected. The time interval of repeat applies was 15 min .Results Among 46 patients, 43 cases had significant effect. The total effective rate was 93.5%. Three patients were ineffective .Conclusion Hemabate has obvious effect on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia and it has the character such as convenience, quick, high performance and safety..should be used in time•And accurate diagnosis is also needed• ......
