    【摘要】目的：探讨小切口作阑尾切除术手术特点。方法：对22例小切口阑尾切除术病例的临床资料结合文献资料加以总结。结果：以小切口完成手术22例，其中1例延长切口完成手术。成功率95.5%。手术时间最短20 分钟，最长40分钟，平均28分钟，平均住院4.8d，无切口感染和并发症发生。结论：小切口阑尾切除术具有切口小、外观美、创伤小、恢复快以及经济节省。

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the small incision for appendectomy operation characteristics. Methods: 22 cases of small incision appendectomy and the clinical data were combined with data from the literature to sum up. Results: with small incision operation in 22 cases, of which 1 cases of prolonged incision operation. The success rate of 95.5%.
