艾滋病人抗病毒治疗过程中血小板计数观察

【摘要】目的：了解艾滋病人在抗病毒治疗(HAART)过程中血小板数变化情况，为抗病毒治疗停用或更换治疗方案、观察疗效提供科学依据。方法：通过艾滋病疫情综合系统数据下载，回顾分析随访过程中血小板检测计数结果。结果： 血小板的平均值从第1次随访到第27次随访检测结果变化并不大；以治疗方案中是否含有齐多夫定(AZT)为依据分为两组，血小板检测结果存在显著性差异(t8.83,P<0.05)。 结论： 在艾滋病人抗病毒治疗过程中，血小板计数结果变化无显著差异，服用AZT的副作用对血小板计数有一定的影响。
