【摘要】目的:探讨在无创正压机械通气(NIPPV)治疗急性左心衰治疗作用。方法: 回顾性我院122例急性左心衰竭的患者经无创通气治疗前及及治疗后24小时的动脉血气、经皮氧饱和度、呼吸频率、心率、乳酸、脑钠肽等的变化情况。结果: 122例患者经无创通气后二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、经皮氧饱和度(SpO2)有改善(P<0.05);氧分压(PaO2)、呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)、乳酸(Lac)、脑钠肽(BNP)等有明显的改善(P<0.01)。结论:急性左心衰治疗初期是应用无创正压通气的最佳时机，临床见效快，并且成功率高，是一种快速安全有效的抢救方法，可供临床选择应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the non-invasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) for acute left heart failure treatment.Methods A retrospective hospital 122 cases of acute left heart failure by non-invasive ventilation in patients before treatment and 24 hours after treatment and arterial blood gas, transcutaneous oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, heart rate, lactic acid, brain natriuretic peptide and other changes.Results of 122 patients by non-invasive ventilation after carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2), percutaneous oxygen saturation (SpO2) has improved (P <0.05); partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), respiratory rate (RR), heart rate (HR), lactate (Lac), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), which are significantly improved (P <0.01).Conclusion early treatment of acute left heart failure is the application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the best time, clinical quick, and a high success rate, is a fast and safe and effective rescue method selected for clinical application. ......
