鼻内镜手术围手术期对鼻窦炎预后的临床观察(1)
【摘要】目的:探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的疗效以及影响疗效的因素。方法:采用鼻内镜对280例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行手术。结果: A、B、C组患者治愈率分别为81%、75%和70%，各组治愈率差异有非常显著性(P<0.05)。结论:规范ESS手术病人围手术期治疗，可提高手术效果，减少并发症。【关键词】鼻内镜；鼻窦炎；鼻息肉;围手术期

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the curative effects of endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 280 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps have been undergone endoscopic sinus operation.Results The results showed that the cure rate was 81% for typeA,75% for type B and 70% for type C. There was significant difference in cure rate among different types(P<0.01).Conclusion Re-examination and changing the dressings after endoscopic sinus surgery can not only reduce the complications occurrence ,but also increase the surgery success rate and the disease cure rate.
