【摘要】 目的 调查了解血液透析病人的社会支持状况，为制定护理措施提供科学的依据。方法 采用社会支持量表对88例血液透析病人进行调查，所得资料用SPSS统计软件分析。结果 血液透析病人有获得低水平社会支持的危险，血透病人的主观支持及支持利用度比客观支持更重要。结论 医疗护理人员应通过各种手段，加强血液透析病人的社会支持网络，帮助病人改善透析治疗效果，提高生活质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the social support condition of HD patients in order to formulate a nurse measure to HD patients and improve HD patients' living quality. Methods Performed survey in 88 HD patients by social support condition scale. Results HD patients have the risk of obtaining low level social support condition. Subjective support is more importance than objective support in HD patients.
