中学组织气氛与教师工作投入关系研究(1)
【摘要】 目的 本研究在国内外相关研究的基础上,了解中学组织气氛与其教师工作投入的关系。方法 通过中学组织气氛量表和工作投入量表UWES调查分析。结果 学校组织气氛各因子与其教师工作投入各因子相关显著;回归分析进一步发现,中学组织气氛中人际气氛因子与教师工作投入的活力、奉献及专注因子回归显著。此外,教学气氛和学习气氛还能较好预测教师工作投入的专注因子。结论 学校人际气氛、教学气氛和学习气氛影响教师工作投入。【关键词】 中学组织气氛;教师工作投入

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationships between secondary school organizatioanl climate and teachers' job engagement based on related studies at home and abroad. Methods Using the secondary school organizatioanl climate scale and Utreeht Work Engagement Scale. Results The investigation reveals obviously each factor in school organizational climate and each factor in teachers' job engagement; Regression study further finds obvious regression between the interpersonal climate of secondary school organizatioanl climate and each factor in teachers' job engagement. The absorption factor of teachers' job engagement is affected by teaching climate and learning climate. Conclusion The interpersonal climate, teaching climate and learning climate affect teachers' job engagement. ......
