【摘要】 目的 了解劳动教养工作警察的职业枯竭现状。方法 使用警察职业枯竭量表对176名劳教工作警察进行问卷调查。结果 不同警种(劳教工作警察和公安警察)的职业枯竭有一定差别；性别、受教育程度、年龄、警龄、工作岗位、日均工作时间、工作地区等不同的劳教工作警察在职业枯竭的不同维度存在不同差异。结论 劳教工作警察中存在一定程度的职业枯竭；不同地区间的警察职业枯竭水平存在差异；工作在第一线、参加工作时间短、日均工作时间长、高学历青年警察是劳教工作警察中职业枯竭预防和干预的重点对象。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the extent of job burnout of polices working in Reeducation though Labor Institutions (RLIs). Methods 176 polices were assessed by the revised MBI-HSS. Results (1)There are different degrees of job burnout between polices working in RLIs and in common policestation. (2)Gender, education, job level, age, duration of job experience and regions are important indicators of job burnout of polices working in RLIs. Conclusion Job burnout of RLIs polices have their own unique character, and we should put more emphasis on the prevention of the job burnout in younger polices who supervises prisoner directly and have fewer working experience. ......
