公司员工工作流畅状态及其与价值观的关系

     【摘要】 目的 探讨员工工作流畅状态与性别、年龄及价值观之间的关系,为人 力资源管理提供依据。方法 通过对125名员工的问卷调查分析。结 果 清晰 的目标与年龄呈正相关(r=0.177*),男性与女性员工在享受的体验这一维度差别 接近显著水平(t=1.88,P=0.06);工作流畅状态与帮助他人、成就感与高兴的(快乐的)三 种价值观正相关(相关系数分别为r=0.180* ,r=0.180*,r=0.182*)。结论 女性员工更容易从工作中获得 享受的体验;帮助他人、成就感与高兴的(快乐的)三种价值观对工作流畅状态有正向影响作 用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To research the relationship among employees' w ork flow sta te, sex, age and values. Methods By way of questionnaire to 125Employees. Results It shows clear goals were related with ages (r=0.177*), there were near significant differences between maleand female employee in autotelic experience(t=1.88, P=0.06), th e work flow state were related with such values help others, sense of achiveme nt and happiness(r=0.180*, r=0.180*, r=0.182*). ConclusionThe females were easy to get autotelic experience than males; Help othe rs, sense of achivement and happiness had positive impact on the work flow state . ......
