【摘要】 目的 探讨精神科护士的孤独感及社会支持程度。方法 用社会支持评定量表和UCLA孤独量表对精神科护士53人和综合科护士49人进行随机问卷调 查。结果 精神科护士的孤独感在文化程度上有显著性差异(P<0 .001)，学历越低，孤独感就越重；精神科护士的孤独感高于综合科护士(t=2.804，P<0. 01)，而社会支持程度明显低于综合科护士(t=-2.133～-3.072，P<0.05～0.01)；社 会支持度与孤独感有明显相关性(r=-0.366～-0.544，P<0.001)。结论提高精神科护士的社会支持度，有利于降低孤独感，促进护理人员的心理健康， 提高护理质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the degree of social support and lon eliness on nurse of psychiatric department. Methods A investigati on was performed on 53 nurses working in psychiatric department and 49 nurses ingeneral hospital using Social Support Scale and Loneliness Scale. Resul ts Signif icant deference was seen between nurses with different education background work ing in psychiatric department, the lower of educational certificates, and the hi gher of severity of loneliness. The degree of social support on nurses of psychi atric department was significantly lower than that of general hospital, whereasthe degree of loneliness was significantly higher former than later, therewas a significant negative correlation between social support and loneliness.Conclusion Enhancing the degree of social support would help to r educe the degree of loneliness and promote the mental health of nurse in psychia tric department. ......
