【摘要】 目的 了解重庆市行政领导心理健康情况，促进干部队伍心理素质的提 高。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自编生活问卷进行抽样调查。结果 重庆市领导心理躯体化和 精神病性因子得分显著高于全国常模，C类领导的心理健康状况相对严重，家庭日常消费水 平和物质生活水平满意度与心理症状量表显著正相关。结论 应该关注领导 的心理和身体健康，尤其是基层领导。

    【Abstract】 Objective To survey the mental health andstates of life a bout Chongqing's leading cadre, improve cadre group's mental diathesis.Methods To adopt SCL-90 and the self-compiled questionnaire about stat es of life to spot check.ResultsCadre'so matization and psychotism higher than state model significantly, especially C ty pe cadre' mental health states were serious;The correlation between the daily co nsume level of family,the satisfaction feel of substance live and SCL-90,are psi tive.

    Conclusion We should attention cadre's mental health and b ody health, especially those grass roots cadre.
