    【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜胆总管切开取石的手术方法、适应证。方法：回顾分析我院35例腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术的临床资料。结果：35例手术均获成功，其中一期缝合17例、T管引流18例，一期缝合组与T管引流组各出现1例胆漏，经引流后均痊愈，T管引流组出现残石2例，术后经胆道镜取出。结论：腹腔镜胆总管切开取石具有创伤小、恢复快的微创优势，不论是T管引流还是一期缝合，只要掌握了合适的适应证、手术方法，是安全可行的。
