    【摘要】目的：完善医院收费环节的管理，做好整个医院的收费工作。方法：严格执行医院现有的收费管理制度，加强收费项目与价格的管理，加强监督和服务意识，提高医院收费信息化管理水平，完善各种制度并落实到位。结果：医院的收入关得到有效管理。结论：加强医院收费环节的管理，可提高医院科学管理水平，确保医院的可持续发展。
