【摘要】目的：了解公务员健康素养情况，掌握公务员群体健康客观需求，探讨适合机关公务员特点的健康知识干预内容和干预策略。方法：采用随机整群抽样的原则，抽取4个单位以自填的方式发放问卷调查。结果：公务员健康概念的正确理解率只有33.6%。公务员健康知识知晓率和日常健康行为形成率较高；触电者抢救、火灾逃生等技能掌握率高；安全标识识别率较高，但仍有部分知识知晓率很低。在健康知识获取途径选择中，公务员首选报刊、杂志、书籍，其次为网络、电视、知识讲座、宣传小册、宣传单等。结论：公务员健康知识知晓率和行为形成率较高，今后在公务员中开展健康教育工作时，要选择公务员知晓率和行为形成率低的项目，开展针对性的健康教育工作，提高工作效率，进一步提高公务员健康素养。途径选择上，首选自印健康刊物。
