【摘要】目的：探讨口服补中益气汤配合带缝匠肌肌蒂髂骨瓣移植术治疗股骨头坏死的疗效。方法：将80例股骨头坏死患者完全随机分为两组，A组采用口服补中益气汤配合带缝匠肌肌蒂髂骨瓣移植术治疗，B组为斯氏针减压术治疗。结果：随访1.5~6年，两组在住院时间[A组(30.7±1.65)d，B组(5.2±1.63)d]、扶双拐下地时间[A组(130±12.6)d，B组(52±10.2)d]及有效率(A组70%，B组50%)比较，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论：口服补中益气汤配合带缝匠肌肌蒂髂骨瓣移植术治疗股骨头坏死住院时间长，下地晚，但其远期疗效较好。

【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the immediate therapeutic effects of implants iliac periosteum with pedicle of musculus sartorius's blood vessels(IIPS)conbined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction.Methods：80 NPC patients were randomly divided into tow groups，group A with the treatment of IIPS conbined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction，group B with the treatment of Kernig-needle decompression procedure(KDP).Results：After follow-up-period of 18 to 72 months，as for comparison of duration of the hospitalization(30.7±1.65)days in IIPS conbined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction group，(5.2±1.63)days in KDP group，ambulation time(130±12.6)days in IIPS IIPS conbined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction group，(52±10.2)days in KDP group and effective rate(70% in IIPS conbined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction group，50% in KDP group.The differences betrween the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion：Compared with KDP group，there are disadvantages of long duration of the hospitalization and late ambulation time but a better long-term curative effect in IIPS conbined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction group.

股骨头坏死已成为骨科临床上的常见病，该病好发于中青年患者(30~50岁)，致残率高，治疗困难。但中青年患者生活质量要求的提高以及关节成形术具有较高的并发症发生率使关节成形术不能满足治疗需要。我院1999年6月~2006年12月分别采用口服补中益气汤配合带缝匠肌肌蒂髂骨瓣移植术与斯氏针减压术治疗股骨头无菌性坏死80例，并进行了疗效比较。现报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 临床资料：两组共80例，均来自我院住院病例。其中治疗组(A组)采用补中益气汤口服配合带缝匠肌肌蒂髂骨瓣移植术治疗股骨头无菌性坏死40例，男23例，女17例，均为单侧 ......
