阿魏酸钠与香丹注射液治疗缺血性心脏病的临床观察

【摘要】目的:观察阿魏酸钠与香丹注射液治疗缺血性心脏病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法:80例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,香丹40例为对照组,阿魏酸钠40例为治疗组,均常规应用硝酸酯制剂、β受体阻滞剂、阿司匹林,同时治疗组予阿魏酸钠注射液300 mg加入5% 葡萄糖或0.9% 氯化钠注射液 250 ml中静滴,每日1次,共14天,进行临床观察。结果:阿魏酸钠治疗组总有效率为90%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿魏酸钠在缺血性心脏病不稳定型心绞痛治疗中效果显著、副作用小,较为安全。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect and safety of sodium ferulate and xiangdan in the ischermic heart disease patients with unstable angina.Methods80 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into 2 groups. The patients in the sodium ferulate group(n=40), were given sodium ferulate 300mg by IV infusion qd , besides routine treatment and the control group (n=40)only was routine treatment.After 2 weeks,the clinical effect biochemical parameters and side reaction were observed in all patients ......
