    【摘要】目的 观察Qrem自护模式运用于产妇产程中对分娩结局的影响。方法 将2007年8～9月份在我院住院分娩的产妇240例作对照组,2008年8-9月份住院分娩的产妇260例作观察组,对照组采用常规的产程观察和护理,观察组将自护模式贯穿于整个产程,根据产妇不同的自理需要提供部分补偿护理及支持教育。结果 观察组阴道分娩者产程明显缩短,剖宫产及产后出血发生与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。 结论 自护模式应用于分娩过程中可缩短产程,减少产妇疼痛,促进自然分娩;降低剖宫产及母婴并发症的发生,提高产科服务质量。

    【Abstract】Objectives To observe the application of Orem self-care pattern in labour and its effects .Methods To take the 240 parturients in hosptial from August to Septemper in 2007 as a control group,and the 260 parturients from August to Septemper in 2008 as an observation group.The conventional observations of the birth process and cares will be adopted in the control group;while in the observation group the Orem self-care pattern will be adopted throught the whole process and additional cares and supporting education will be offered according to different self-needs of parturients.Results The delivery course of vaginal deliveries in observation group clearly shortended,and compared with the control group there are still extraordinary differences on hysterotokotomy and postpartum hemorrhage P<0.05. Conclusion The application of Orem self-care pattern in labour can shorten the process,reduce parturients pain,promote normal labour,reduce the happence of hysterotokotomy and maternal complications and improve the service quality of matemity department. ......
