【摘要】目的 通过检测胎膜早破孕妇胎膜组织中TLR2和TLR4的表达,探讨其与胎膜早破及绒毛膜羊膜炎的关系。方法 随机选择胎膜早破孕妇60例,包括足月前胎膜早破组(PPROM)30例、足月胎膜早破组(PROM)30例。选择正常非胎膜早破孕妇30例作为对照组。免疫组化方法测定三组孕妇胎膜组织中TLR2、TLR4的表达。结果 (1)胎膜早破孕妇胎膜组织中TLR2和TLR4的表达明显高于正常对照组;(2)有组织学绒毛膜羊膜炎者,其胎膜组织中TLR2和TLR4的表达高于无绒毛膜羊膜炎者。结论 TLR2和TLR4在感染引起的胎膜早破中起一定的作用。
