高血压脑出血术后患者早期康复干预的疗效观察

【摘要】目的 观察早期康复干预对高血压脑出血术后患者的神经功能的效果。方法 选择高血压脑出血术后患者68例,随机分为康复组与对照组,每组各34例,康复组按常规治疗和护理的同时,术后病情稳定即开始肢体功能康复干预;对照组行常规护理及随意自我锻炼,两组分别在术后第1天和术后30天行肌力测定和Barthel指数评分。结果 康复组术后30天行肌力和Barthel指数评分明显高于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 早期康复干预高血压脑出血术后患者有利于患者肢体功能恢复和改善日常生活能力。
