摘要：目的 探讨严世芸治疗心律失常用药规律。方法 收集严世芸门诊治疗心律失常医案，采用SPSS19.0统计软件中频数法对其处方中单味药物和常用方剂的频次、频率进行分析。结果 收集病例112例、3种不同类型心律失常共计315诊次，单味药中使用频率前20味药有18味相同，排名前2位均为川芎和桃仁；所用方剂以补阳还五汤使用频率最高，真武汤次之。结论 严世芸治疗心律失常处方中所用药物多具补气、活血等功效，用药较为集中，组方法度清晰。

    Abstract：Objective To discuss medicine using regularity of Yan Shiyun’s treatment for arrhythmia. Methods Medical cases of arrhythmia treated by Yan Shiyun were collected. The method of frequency of SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the frequency of single herb and common prescriptions. Results Totally 112 medical cases were collected. Three different kinds of arrhythmia in totally 315 prescriptions were collected and 18 same herbs were used in the 20 highest frequently used herbs.
