透皮吸收促进剂研究进展(1)

     摘要：透皮吸收促进剂是一类能提高或增加药物透皮速率或透皮量的物质，是经皮给药制剂中不可或缺的重要因素。近年来研究发现，一些新型透皮吸收促进剂具有较高促渗透作用，且刺激性小、不良反应少、理化性质稳定。本文整理了近年来国内外有关透皮吸收促进剂的研究成果，为合理选择透皮吸收促进剂提供参考。
