从“热瘀互结、毒损心营”论治急性冠脉综合征经验(1)

     摘要：急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome，ACS)是临床常见病、多发病，属中医学“胸痹”“心痛”“真心痛”等范畴。临床观察显示，热瘀互结、毒损心营是引发ACS的重要机制之一。故确立活血通络、清营解毒法为基本治法，应用丹参通络解毒汤为主方，并据证灵活化裁，疗效甚验，可为临床治疗ACS提供新思路。
