摘要：本文论述补中益气汤加栀子治疗急性化脓性中耳炎1例的理法方药。笔者通过查找相关文献资料总结补中益气汤的药理作用、临床疗效及应用，认为临床但见脾胃虚弱、阴阳升降失常之病机，即可使用补中益气汤治之。
