摘要：本文总结黄海波教授治疗痛经特色。黄老认为，痛经主要以“不荣则痛”和“不通则痛”为病理基础：前者主因气血虚弱，治以当归补血汤加减；后者主因寒凝血瘀或冲任虚寒，治以少腹逐瘀汤与《金匮》温经汤加减。本文结合相应案例加以阐述。
