摘要：本文从卵圆孔、翼突上颌裂的解剖位置及针刺方法、注意事项等方面，介绍根据下颌神经、上颌神经出颅部位的解剖结构进行针刺治疗三叉神经痛的方法，即卵圆孔刺法和翼突上颌裂刺法。其临床应用时受累神经定位须准确，要求针感与受累神经分布区一致。
