摘要：本文以口周皮炎为例，结合案例讨论了中医皮肤科临床中的诊疗难点及治疗思路，指出六经辨证与脉诊的重要性。

    Abstract： Taking peroral dermatitis as an example， this article discussed difficulties in diagnosis and treatment and treatment ideas of TCM dermatology， and pointed out the importance of syndrome differentiation of the six meridians and pulse diagnosis.
