摘要：儿童功能性便秘主要病机为大肠传导功能失司，临床多采取润肠通便、消食导滞、滋阴养血等治法。本文基于儿童生理病理特点，结合临床实践，认为本病的发生与脾的升清、胃的降浊、肺的宣降及肝的疏泄密切相关，其病机根源在于气机升降失常，临证据此治疗本病，疗效肯定。
