摘要：乌梅丸原为治疗“蛔厥”“久利”而设，因其寒热并用，攻补兼施，故可广泛用于病机为“寒热错杂”多种疾病的治疗。需注意的是，本方须重用乌梅且多适用于慢性疾病治疗。临证谨守病机，方能应手取效。
