花椒生物碱提取、含量测定及药理作用研究概述(1)
摘要:花椒性温味辛,药食两用,其生物碱成分具有广泛药理作用,在药品及食品方面有较好的开发前景。我国花椒资源丰富,深入研究其有效成分将推动产业经济的转型及提升。本文对花椒生物碱的提取、含量检测及药理作用研究现状进行梳理,为花椒的高效利用提供参考。关键词:花椒;生物碱;提取;含量测定;药理作用;综述
