针刺治疗功能性消化不良作用机制研究进展(1)

     摘要：针刺治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切，其作用机制可能与胃动力异常、中枢神经系统功能障碍、脑肠肽分泌紊乱、血浆分子代谢物含量变化和基因表达异常有关。本文从电生理学、影像学、分子生物学、代谢及基因组学方面探讨针刺作用机制，为临床治疗功能性消化不良提供依据。
