     摘要：本文通过收集京津冀中药企业现有专利资源，归类、清洗、分析之后，根据数据分析结果，结合京津冀区域特点，从利用现有专利资源、设计多种专利战略、研发与专利申报协同发展等多个层面探讨京津冀中药企业构建专利联盟之路径。
